2025 Paper A analysis (e-EQE methodology session) - NEW

£59.00

In this video, I analyse the 2025 Paper A exam, show you how to think, how to analyse the text, and how to draft the independent product claim. I explain my method for the electronic EQE.

With the screen sharing option in Zoom, I show the same method I used at my EQE exam. (Since I took (and passed) the first electronic EQE, my method was perfectly suitable for WISEflow.)

Please note that unfortunately WISEflow cannot be used when screen sharing, so I wrote my answer in a simple text editor to have similar exam conditions. My method does not explain any tables, so I think it is a very efficient and time saving way to deal with Paper A exams.

Unfortunately most of the available EQE courses don’t show you how you can apply the method on screen and write the EQE electronically, so the previous versions of this session were popular among candidates. I have received so many positive feedbacks!

This video was recorded in August 2025.

With the purchase, you will obtain:

  • the video (about 1 hr. 13 minutes),

  • the copy of the analysis, independent product claim and a few dependent claims,

  • the annotated exam text,

  • the Paper A methodology steps, and

  • the Paper A template.

Please kindly note that this video is shorter than the previous Paper A videos, and I don’t complete the full exam but focus on the analysis and drafting the independent product claim (and a few dependent claim). I don’t draft the description and the independent method claim in this course. However, you still get 4 PDF materials with the purchase of this video.

Feedbacks from participants

Thank you very much for the meeting and for taking the time to dive into D2 in real time. I think it is really useful to see the methodology applied in real time and, especially, with the new online format. This is something that other courses seem to lack for the time being. It also has become much clearer to me how to structure the answer and not to forget too much when "stating the obvious".

I am writing to you to say THANK YOU!!! I passed paper A with 78 points!

I couldn't have done it without your course!

Many, many thanks for all the material you prepare for EQE candidates!

Unfortunately, I was too late to sign up for the study groups. Nevertheless, I used Zsofia's methodology videos in particular to prepare for the eEQE. I then applied the methodology I learnt to the old exams in the compendium and clearly passed all the papers on the first attempt. Thanks a million!

Nico

Thanks for all your help with the EQE exams (resources, sessions and general advice)!  The 4-hour Paper C session I joined where you went through the 2021 paper in real-time was, in particular, incredibly helpful and I'm sure the main reason why I passed. Keep doing what you're doing!

Thank you again for the nice presentation! The method you used is very efficient and helps in saving time during the exam, which is probably one of the biggest issues for many candidates.

I'm very happy with your video tutorials for the past papers. Watching you doing the papers is a very natural way to learn, and your explanations are detailed and logical, without making things more complicated than they are already. Congratulations for all of them!
I usually try to solve the papers myself before watching. The 2021 C paper video was extremely helpful as I has completely missed the closest prior art in the second part and now got the point why ;-)
I also like the video format, which makes it possible to rewatch parts when I get interrupted, and also to take my "class" at unusal times of the day which is sometimes the best option to be undisturbed.
