Hi, I am Zsofia Pintz,

European Patent Attorney, European Union Trade Mark Attorney and EQE tutor.

My passion is educating the world about European intellectual property rights.

This includes tutoring patent attorney candidates and posting jargon-free articles for business owners, inventors and foreign patent attorneys to help them understand the European patenting procedure.

In the past 12 years I worked in 4 countries, drafted patent applications for large multinationals such as Huawei and helped companies from all over the world register their European and UK trademarks.

After passing all the European Patent Attorney Qualifying Exams (EQE) for the first try with flying colours, I wanted to help other candidates to succeed on their EQE journey as well. For this, I launched two initiatives: a free EQE blog, accessible to everyone regardless of their financial circumstances and an EQE training programme with weekly study groups and online materials, providing candidates with ongoing guidance, a structured approach to preparation, and the opportunity to learn not just from me but from one another as well.

This became my main focus as an EQE tutor.
