Calendar for EQE 2027

As you know, calculating time limits is an important part of the EPAC and several EQE papers: at least F, M2 and M4.

Unfortunately no calendars will be provided with the EQE examination papers in 2027, you are responsible for preparing your own calendar.

Under Rule 134(1) EPC (and Rule 80.5 PCT), time limits expiring on a day on which at least one EPO filing office is closed for receipt of documents are extended until the first day thereafter on which all the filing offices are open for receipt of documents and on which mail is delivered. The EPO's filing offices are closed every Saturday and Sunday. In addition to weekends, these offices are also closed on days listed in the Official Journal (OJ EPO 2026 A30).

Using this Official Journal (OJ EPO 2026 A30), I prepared the EQE calendars (2025-2027) that you can use at the EQE 2027 and EPAC exams.
