Mock D1 exam

The Mock exam has already taken place on Wednesday, 21 February 2024.

However, you can still purchase this product if you want to answer these Mock Paper D1 questions in your own time. It is still a valuable practice, as the questions cover important and frequently tested legal topics, and PCT is also a significant part of this exam.

Today's date in all 5 questions is 5 March 2024, the date of Paper D 2024. The distribution of the questions and marks is also the same as in Paper D 2024.

By purchasing this product after 21 February 2024, you will receive the D1-1, D1-2 questions (PDF format) and my answers via email.

I recommend answering the Mock exam with the same schedule as shown below.

Part 1 (9:30-11:05 CET): 26 marks, 2 questions

Part 2 (11:35-13:20 CET): 29 marks, 3 questions

Two of us checked and answered the questions separately to make sure they are clear enough.
