Free PCT refresher with Cees Mulder
We are making the free PCT refresher course happen again! TWICE!
Cees Mulder was unbelievably kind and accepted my request to provide a last-minute PCT refresher this February too. You probably know Cees Mulder, he is a Professor emeritus of European Patent Law, European patent attorney, EQE tutor, and the author of many PCT books. So, he is definitely one of the best persons out there to learn PCT from!
As you all know, PCT is a very important topic for Paper D. In 2021, Paper D1 had two PCT questions, worth 18 marks. That's 36% of the marks available for D1, which is a lot compared to other topics.
Most candidates are not really good at answering PCT related questions, because they study PCT in the last weeks before the EQE and therefore do not have time to cover it thoroughly. Accordingly, PCT is definitely not the favourite topic for many.
When I organised this session last year, the 50 places were taken in about 10 minutes. So, this year we are increasing it to 95x2.
First session: Wednesday, 15 February, 17:00-20:00 (CET) - already full

The candidates who can attend were sent an email. They will also get an updated presentation and a few PCT questions to practice.
The meetings will NOT be recorded and the participation is only possible for candidates who take Paper D/Pre-exam in 2023 and can attend the session. If you registered but cannot attend, please inform me as soon as possible so that I can give your place to someone else.
